Il Melograno
Ground floor apartment for 2 to 4 persons, 50 m 2 , with independent entrance from the garden reserved for guests with a barbecue grill for cooking and eating outdoors. Inside there is a beautiful living room with a charming stone fireplace, a small kitchen with oven and a double sofa bed; one bedroom with a double bed, and a large, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Safe and color TV. The apartment is very cool in summer, and is equipped for disabled persons.
Il Mandorlo
Apartment for four to six persons on two floors, 60 m2, with independent entrance from the garden reserved for guests with a barbecue grill for cooking and eating outdoors. On the ground floor are a kitchenette and a living room with a charming fireplace, a double sofa bed, color TV and safe. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a balcony and a bathroom with shower.
Il Girasole
An attic apartment for 2 or 4 persons on the second floor, 50 m2, with a spacious living room, kitchenette and charming fireplace, double sofa bed and small balcony with a view of the lake, which can also be used for eating; bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Conditioned Air.
Il Nido
An attic apartment for 2 or 4 persons on the second floor, 45 m2, composed of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with shower. Safe, TV and Conditioned Air. From its three windows there are also views of the pool, the surrounding greenery, and the enchanting Lake Trasimeno landscape.
Il Noce
"Il Noce" (40 m2) is on the first floor and can accommodate 2 or 4 persons. It is composed of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Safe and color TV, Conditioned Air. This apartment has a marvelous 50 m2 terrace with a view of the pool and a barbecue grill for cooking and eating outdoors.

Services
The apartments may be occupied after 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Rates include the use of electricity, water, and gas for cooking. There is a charge for heating according to the amount of gas consumed.
Also included are a weekly change of bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. Cleaning is also included in the price, and is done weekly. Daily cleaning is available upon request.
Cribs for small children and/or a single bed are available. It is also possible to rent the entire residence (max. 23 persons) with the use of the hobby room, with a large fireplace and satellite TV.
Residenza Il Palazzo is open year-round.
Payment Conditions
A 30% deposit must be paid when making reservations; the balance is due upon receiving the keys. Charges for heating gas and other services are paid at the end of the stay.
"Il Girasole" and "Il Nido" can be combined to accommodate 8 persons.
