Further Information

The apartments may be occupied after 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Rates include the use of electricity, water, and gas for cooking. There is a charge for heating according to the amount of gas consumed. Also included are a weekly change of bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. Cleaning is also included in the price, and is done weekly. Daily cleaning is available upon request. Cribs for small children and/or a single bed are available. It is also possible to rent the entire residence (max. 23 persons) with the use of the hobby room, with a large fireplace and satellite TV.
Residenza Il Palazzo is open year-round.

Payment Conditions

A 30% deposit must be paid when making reservations; the balance is due upon receiving the keys. Charges for heating gas and other services are paid at the end of the stay.
